Desert Sage Smudges

These baby smudges are approximately 3" long and are practical for traveling or carrying. Sage and Cedar burned together form a fragrant scent that is both calming and uplifting. Smudging is an ancient art used to bless and purify objects, people, and places with smoke from the sacred herbs. The stick should be ignited over a firesafe bowl or other device and extinguished after smudging for later use.
