Huichol Beaded Ram

This brightly colored ram is made of thousands of tiny seed beads pressed by hand into beeswax with a bit of pine resin applied to the base to hold the beads in place on the wood carving beneath. The ancient culture of the Huichol people is expressed in the designs utilized in their artwork. This gorgeous ram measures 20in high 9in wide and 5in deep.
