This week was a true testament to how Les and I consider it a challenge to find just what our customers want. We try to keep our stores chock full of special things, but there will always be more special things to find... that's what keeps us going!

A long time customer came to us in November and wanted us to find some special Navajo rugs for her home. We do own and stock some smaller Navajo rugs in the Westbrook store, but she needed larger rugs. After looking at thirty or more digital images of rugs via email sent from traders we buy from out West, we had nine gorgeous Navajo rugs come to us on approval for her to see. And two of those were destined to be in her home and we are still looking for rug number three!

Moral of the story... we would be honored to be YOUR personal shopper... just say the word and give us a challenge in an email, phone call or personal visit, and we'll get busy!
